No energy project can be built in a town where the community is opposed. The active participation and input of the local community in the development process is essential for a successful wind project. Atlantic Renewable will stimulate community participation and input in the project development process by conducting meetings on a regular basis with the landowners, local community, environmental community.

During these meetings Atlantic Renewable will provide the local community with:

		General information about wind power through slide presentations, videos, hand-outs, etc.;
		Introduction to communities/landowners in other regions that already have experience with wind power;
		Visual simulations of the proposed wind project.
